Whoot Africa

About us

From South Africa’s Miriam Makeba, and Winnie Mandela, to Nigeria’s Margaret Ekpo, Chinua Achebe, Chimamanda Adichie, Professor Wole Soyinka and founding fathers of Africa’s peace and unity, Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Former President Nelson Mandela. One trait remains the same about these great Africans; their lives told stories of Africa’s greatness, and Africa’s potential to overcome just about anything with the power of raising our voices with stories instead of weapons.

We are Africans; Africans whose stories should inspire one another and impact how we see and treat each other as a continent and people.

Africa’s best is still unfolding and only via stories will the rest of our brothers and sisters be connected towards love, peace and progress.

Whoot Africa – Our Journey

Officially launched in May 2013, Whoot Africa Ventures, is an organization that is focused on changing the African narrative through inspirational stories of determination doggedness, service and impact across Africa. Whoot Africa’s stories cuts across religious groups, tribes, ethnicity, and nations.
